The Logo Block allows you to display your brand logo in marketing emails. It is typically placed at the top of an email, helping recipients quickly recognize and remember your brand.

Logo Tab
In the Logo tab, you can manage your logo image, configure its link, and adjust horizontal alignment.
1. Logo Image
If you have already set a logo in your store’s brand information, it will automatically appear in the Logo Block when you add it to an email.
If you want to change the logo image:
- Click Update below the image to upload a new logo
- Click Delete to remove the current logo
If no logo is set, click + to upload your brand logo.
Supported formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF
Recommended size:
- File size under 200 KB
- Maximum width 600 px
Images larger than 1 MB will be automatically compressed to ensure optimal display.
2. Logo Image Link
By default, the logo image link is populated with the website URL set in your store’s brand information. When recipients click the logo, they will be directed to your official website to learn more about your brand.
You can replace the default link with any URL you prefer.
- If no brand website is set, you can manually enter a link
If no link is provided, clicking the logo will not redirect users
3. Horizontal Alignment
You can choose how the logo is aligned within the email:
- Left
- Center
- Right
Style Tab
In the Style tab, you can customize the overall appearance of the Logo Block, including:
- Background color

Padding (spacing around the block)
These settings help ensure the Logo Block visually aligns with your brand and email layout.
