Client groups are synchronized to SmartPush

To filter out the targeted customer groups, SmartPush supports 20+ dimensions, including but not limited to the basic attributes (e.g., name, email, gender), email channel (email opening, click, subscription status), and consumption behavior (purchased products, number of orders). Please refer to all filter conditions at [Contacts] > [Segments] in SmartPush.

At the same time, to optimize the store’s customer reach, SmartPush has synced the customer segment groups from [Customers] in the store Admin and supports sending email and SMS marketing campaigns to the selected customer segment groups in the Admin.

Application scenarios of customer segment groups in the Admin:

1. You can select a customer group from [Customers] in the Admin and bring it directly to the email marketing campaign setting page of SmartPush

2. “SHOPLINE customer segment” is available in the “Recipients” and “Exclude recipient” drop-down menus in the email/ SMS marketing campaigns in SmartPush. You can select to send marketing campaigns to the customer segment groups from the Admin.

 

Synchronization timing and data description:

1. After installing SmartPush, the app will synchronize all customer segment groups in the Admin automatically (except for "All customers" since all customers are not considered as a group. When you want to send the marketing campaign to all store customers, SmartPush will send the campaign to all subscriber emails excluding the unsubscribed, non-subscribed, and blacklisted contacts). When the number of contacts is large, the system may take some time for the first synchronization; please wait patiently.

2. When a segment group is created, updated, or deleted in the store Admin, it will be automatically synchronized to SmartPush in real time. SmartPush will update the contact details under the corresponding group. If the group is not updated on the current day, the system will regularly update all contact details under the related group at 00:00 every day.

3. If a group is deleted in the Admin, the tasks already sent from SmartPush will not be affected. However, you will be unable to find the deleted group in SmartPush for creating and copying marketing campaigns.
