SmartPush Review Management App

1. Connect to Review Management app

The Review Management app provides you with faster and easier access to the product review data, increasing customer confidence and conversion rate of your products.

After connecting to Review Management in SmartPush, you'll be able to:

1. Manage, display, and share product reviews in your store to obtain influential and genuine product feedback and ratings. Display star-rated reviews to increase customer confidence and boost product conversions.

• After authorizing Review Management, you can go to [Data Report] > [Review Data] to view the product review data. Based on data including Number of Reviewed Products, Number of Reviewed Orders, Number of NPS ratings Collected, or Number of Reviews with/without Product Images, you can make timely adjustments to your marketing strategies to boost customer confidence and product conversions. 

2. Obtain data related to product reviews and NPS ratings, and export detailed reports about customer reviews

• After being authorized successfully, the Review Management app can automatically synchronize newly added product review data, which allows merchants to access them without importing or exporting. In Review Data, you can view detailed data such as product reviews and NPS ratings. You can also export the product reviews.
  *Note: The historical review data still requires manual import.

2. Steps to setup

1. Log in to SmartPush. Go to [Apps] > [Link Apps].
2. Find the Review Management app, and click Authorize.

3. A pop-up screen for authorization will appear. Once authorized, the product review data on SmartPush will be automatically synchronized to the Review Management app. Please confirm and click Authorize to proceed.

4. The system will check whether you have installed the Review Management app.

• If the Review Management app is not installed yet, you will be redirected to the installation page of Review Management. Click Install, and once installation is completed, you will be redirected to the home page of SmartPush.
• If the Review Management app is already installed, it will be automatically authorized. Upon successful authorization, you can proceed to the settings of Review Management. 

5. You can unauthorize Review Management in SmartPush

• Go to [Apps] > [Link Apps]. Find Review Management and click Unauthorize.

3. Notes to real-time data synchronization

1. Only after you proactively authorize the Review Management app will SmartPush obtain data such as Number of Reviewed Orders, Number of NPS ratings Collected, and Number of Reviewed Products for Data Review.
2. If you deauthorize Review Management in SmartPush, the product review data synchronization will be halted. However, you can still access the already synchronized product review data.
3. If SmartPush is removed and reinstalled, the Review Management app will NOT be automatically reauthorized and you need to authorize it manually. After the authorization is complete, both historical data and new data will be synchronized simultaneously.
