Countdown Timer Types

The countdown feature supports two types: Fixed Date and Fixed Duration.

Fixed Date Countdown

This refers to a specific end date and time for the campaign.

The countdown block will display the remaining days, hours, minutes, and seconds until the specified end time.

After the countdown ends, the default display state will be: 00:00:00:00

Fixed Duration Countdown

This refers to a fixed length of countdown time.

The countdown begins when the recipient first opens the email, and the end time is calculated based on the specified duration.

After the countdown ends, the default display state will also be: 00:00:00:00
