The applicable scope of the block

The abandoned product block is only applicable within automation tasks, mainly suitable for triggers such as "Product added to cart" and "Entered checkout page."

When applied to the "Product added to cart" trigger, all items in the cart will be automatically filled in when sending emails.

When applied to the "Entered checkout page" trigger, all items within the checkout page will be automatically filled in when sending emails.

⚠️ Note: When dragging the block into an inappropriate trigger task, as it cannot access the data source, the block will be auto-hidden when sending formal emails. It is not advisable to use it.

 

 

Setup guidelines

Drag the block into the expected position within the editor canvas, and check the columns you expect to display on the right side. By default, all columns will be displayed.
