To ensure access to SmartPush, you need to activate the script for SmartPush or switch on the theme embedding toggle. Otherwise, it will affect the use of some key features within SmartPush, such as pop-up forms, automation tasks, segments, and customer lifecycles.
How to activate script
For stores with the Admin link as shoplineapp.com, you need to click the Activate script button via [Apps] > [My Apps] to ensure smooth access to SmartPush features.
In the developer portal, you can choose the theme, page, or position where you want to render the script.
In the screenshot above, you can see three widgets on the right, which are:
1. Page trigger
2. Insert position
3. Supported theme
Please note that some key features within SmartPush are temporarily unsupported for certain templates and pages.
Supported templates include Ultra Chic, Kingsman, and Varm. Applicable pages are detailed in the chart below:

How to enable the app in the theme editor
For stores with the Admin link as shopify.com, as Shopify has upgraded its theme structure, you need to enable the SmartPush app in the theme editor after installing it.
