How to Authorize for Collaborative Management

SmartPush allows store owners to authorize other users for collaborative store management. Authorized users will become store administrators and gain all store permissions except for the ability to authorize other users.

Check Authorized Users

  1. Click on the avatar in the upper right corner and select Store Management to check the information on all bound stores.

  2. If you are the store owner, navigate to the Store authorization management icon to check the information of all authorized users.

Manage Authorized Users

On the store permissions management page, click Add authorized user in the upper right corner. Enter the username, email address, and select the role, then click Add.

Note: For roles and permissions, please refer to Authorized User Roles and Permissions

Once added, an email invitation will be sent to the user. You can track the authorization status, which includes 4 statuses:

Pending The user has not yet registered and bound to your store.
Authorized The user has registered and bound to your store.
No longer valid The invitation link has expired, or the user was deleted before binding.
Rejected The user has rejected the invitation.

You can also take the following actions:

  • Resend email: Resend the invitation email to users whose status is “Pending” or “No longer valid.”
  • Delete: Delete any user except yourself. Once deleted, "Authorized" users will lose access to your store on SmartPush, and "Pending" users cannot register and bind to your store via the invitation link.
