Subscription Plans Overview

Free

  • Ideal For: New users of SmartPush or stores with fewer than 500 contacts.
  • Price: US$0/month
  • Plan Details: 
    • Contact Limit: Up to 500
    • Email Allowance: 1,000 emails per month
    • SMS Allowance: US$1 credit (approximately 40 messages) per month
  • Feature Coverage: Access to all essential features, such as campaign delivery, automated marketing, contact segmentation, visual reports, and customer success support. Note that this plan does not include options for removing the SmartPush logo or using a separate domain.

Standard

  • Ideal For: Growing stores with more than 500 contacts seeking to expand their business through email marketing.
  • Price: Starting at US$19/month (based on the number of contacts)
  • Plan Details: 
    • Contact Limit: Starting from 500
    • Email Allowance: 6,000 emails per month
    • SMS Allowance: US$1 credit (approximately 40 messages) per month
  • Feature Coverage: Access to all features including campaign delivery, automated marketing, custom domain, removal of SmartPush LOGO, contact segmentation, visual reports, customer success support, etc.

Professional

  • Ideal For: Large stores with over 500 contacts that have high-volume sending needs and focus on email marketing.
  • Price: Starting at US$54/month (based on the number of contacts)
  • Plan Details: 
    • Contact Limit: Starting from 500
    • Email Allowance: Unlimited
    • SMS Allowance: US$1 credit (approximately 40 messages) per month
  • Feature Coverage: Access to all features including campaign delivery, automated marketing, custom domain, removal of SmartPush LOGO, contact segmentation, visual reports, customer success support, etc.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Subscription Billing Cycle?

Your SmartPush subscription is billed on a 30-day cycle. The charge will be collected with the next Shopify subscription cycle. Paid plans begin from the date of successful payment. Free plans start from the date of your first login. Any credits remaining after 30 days will automatically reset.

 

How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan?

Based on Shopify’s policy, upgrading or downgrading your plan will cancel the current plan and you will be prompted to agree to the new plan. Your new Smartpush subscription will start from the day of change immediately.

  • Upgrading Your Plan: Upgrades include increasing the contact limit, upgrading to a higher plan, or both. Once you confirm the upgrade, the new SmarPush subscription will be applied immediately and the charge is calculated based on the price difference in  the current and new plan and the number of days remaining in the current SmartPush 30-day billing cycle, which can be expressed as (price difference x remaining days/30). It will be collected on your next billing date along with the price of the new plan. Your available credits will be calculated as the new plan's allowance.
  • Downgrading Your Plan: Downgrades include reducing the contact limit, downgrading to a lower plan version, upgrading the contact limit but downgrading the plan version, or upgrading the plan version but reducing the contact limit. Once you confirm the downgrade, your current SmartPush subscription will be prorated based on the same formula aforementioned. The charge difference will be offered in the form of credits. If you uninstall the app or your store is frozen, SmartPush will automatically cancel auto-renewal and downgrade your plan to the free version to protect your interests.

What is the Definition of Contact?

A contact refers to both subscribed and non-subscribed email addresses, excluding invalid and unsubscribed email addresses.

 

How Does SmartPush Send Emails If My Plan's Contact Limit is Less Than My Total Customer List?

If the number of contacts you select for a marketing campaign exceeds your plan's contact limit, SmartPush will prioritize sending emails to the most active and high-potential contacts from your selection.

 

How to Make Payments in SmartPush?

To make a payment in SmartPush, navigate to Settings > My Plan. Here you can upgrade or renew your plan, or top up the quota. 

Pending orders are automatically reserved for 48 hours. You can reprocess pending payments by going to the billing page by navigating to Settings > View Bill.

 

How to Top Up Your SMS Credits

Go to Settings > My SMS quota, select a fixed amount or customize the amount of SMS credits you need. You can use the SMS top-up calculation below to estimate the cost based on your marketing needs and the number of messages you plan to send.

The charge will be billed with the next Shopify subscription cycle. After successful payment, your SMS credits will be updated, and you can start sending messages immediately. The SMS credits do not have an expiration date.
