You can set the time zone for your primary sales region when scheduling emails in SmartPush. The system will first attempt to send emails based on the customer’s detected time zone. If this information is unavailable, it will default to the time zone you’ve set for your primary sales region. This ensures that your marketing emails are delivered at the optimal time, enhancing open rates and campaign effectiveness.

How to Set the Time Zone for Your Primary Sales Region

  1. Navigate to Settings > Primary sales region
  2. Select the time zone for your primary sales region in the dropdown.
  3. Once selected, the time zone setting takes effect immediately for both Schedule and AI-Scheduling Assistant emails, ensuring that emails are delivered at the most accurate times.

Notes:

  • The system will first attempt to send emails based on the customer’s detected time zone. If this information is unavailable, it will default to the time zone you’ve set for your primary sales region.
  • If you haven't configured a time zone for the primary sales region, the system will prompt you to do so when you select Schedule or AI-Scheduling Assistant with the Customer’s time zone option. Clicking the prompt will direct you to the Settings page. Once you complete the setup, the system will automatically refresh and apply the new settings.
