- In SmartPush, go to Data Analysis > Campaigns > Export data.

The data exported from Campaigns includes key performance metrics for all marketing campaigns within the selected time range, such as:
- Campaign Type & Name
- Numbers of Sends, Deliveries, and Delivery Rate
- Opens & Open Rate (Opens/Deliveries)
- Clicks & Click Rate (Clicks/Deliveries)

- In SmartPush, go to Data Analysis > Campaigns > Click on a specific Campaign > Export data.
- This method exports a summary of the selected campaign’s performance, including:

- Note: This report does not include detailed user data

Exporting Detailed User Data

In SmartPush, go to Data Analysis > Campaigns > Click on a specific Campaign > Click any metric with a dashed underline, such as Open Rate > Enter the User Detail Data Table > Export data.

Exporting Automation Task Data
- In SmartPush, go to Data Analysis > Automations > Export data.The system will automatically export data for automation tasks created within the selected time range. Additionally, you can export Flow Node Details based on the selected automation creation time.
- For Flow node detailed data, you can choose to export based on your analysis needs:
- All historical data : Cumulative data from the node's creation to the present.
- Custom time period data : Select a specific time range to export only the data performance within that period.
