SmartPush provides analytics reports that help you evaluate the performance of your marketing campaigns. These reports include metrics such as message delivery, engagement, and sales results.
You can view campaign analytics directly in SmartPush or export reports for deeper analysis. Exported reports allow you to review campaign performance, track customer interactions, and share data with your team.

Viewing Campaign Analytics
To view analytics for all marketing campaigns, go to Data Analysis > Campaigns in the SmartPush admin.
The Campaigns page displays performance data for all campaigns, helping you quickly understand the effectiveness of your recent marketing activities.
Common metrics displayed on this page include:
- Sent
- Delivered
- Open rate and Unique open rate
- CTR and Unique CTR
- Sales
- Orders
- Sent time
These metrics provide an overview of campaign performance and help you identify trends across different campaigns.
Exporting All Campaign Data
You can export a report containing analytics data for all campaigns. Follow these steps:
Go to Data Analysis > Campaigns, then click Export in the top-right corner .
A system notification will appear. Click Bulk Action Process to view the export task.
You can also access this page from: Settings > Data settings > Bulk action processes and click the View all records button.
Locate the export task and click the Download icon to download the report.
The exported report includes key metrics for all campaigns, such as:
- Sends
- Deliveries
- Delivery Rate
- Opens
- Open Rate
- Clicks
- Click Rate
- Sales Revenue
- Order Count
This report is useful for reviewing overall campaign performance and comparing the results of multiple campaigns.
Exporting a Specific Campaign Report
You can also export analytics data for a specific campaign.
- Go to Data Analysis > Campaigns, then click View data for the campaign you want to analyze.
- The campaign analytics page includes several sections, such as:
- Overview
- URL click statistics
- Domain report
Click Export data next to the page title.
Click Bulk Action Process in the notification message.
Locate the export task and click the Download icon.
The exported report contains multiple tabs, including:
- Overview
- URL clicks
- Domain analytics
These reports help merchants analyze campaign engagement and understand how recipients interacted with campaign links.
Exporting Detailed User Data
You can export detailed interaction data for individual contacts in a campaign.
- Go to Data Analysis > Campaigns, then click View data for the campaign you want to analyze.
On the campaign analytics page, click any metric that has a > icon next to it to open the detailed user list. Examples include: Sent, Unique open rate, Unique CTR, Sales, and Orders.
The User data details page will open. Click Export data to export the user-level data report.
Click Bulk Action Process in the notification message.
Locate the export task and click the Download icon.
The exported report contains detailed user interaction data grouped into categories such as:
- Send details
- Delivery details
- Open data
- Click data
- Sales data
- Failed send
- Invalid email
- Unsubscribe
- Bounce
- Spam reports
This report is useful for analyzing how individual contacts interacted with your campaign messages.
