SmartPush allows you to exclude specific products from appearing in product recommendations. This helps ensure that the recommended products shown in emails, automation emails, and pop-ups align with your marketing goals.
For example, you may want to exclude items such as shopping bags, shipping insurance, free gifts, or low-value products that are not suitable for promotion.
Once excluded, these products will not appear in the product recommendation sections.

Excluding Recommended Products
You can exclude products directly from the SmartPush settings.
- Go to Settings > Activity Settings in the SmartPush admin panel.
- Locate the Exclude from recommendation section.

In the Exclude product section, Click Manage product.

On the product management page, click Select product.

Choose the products you want to exclude and click Confirm.
You can use the filter tools to quickly find products, such as filtering by price range or product attributes.
Managing Excluded Products
You can view and manage the products you have excluded at any time in the Exclude Recommended Products section.
From this list, you can:
- Add new products to exclude
- Remove products from the exclusion list
Notes and Limits
- You can exclude up to 50 products from recommendations.
- Excluded products will not appear in recommendation blocks in emails, automation emails, or pop-ups.
- You can modify the excluded product list at any time.
