To improve email delivery quality and enhance your experience, SmartPush will roll out a full upgrade to its email verification service on May 8, 2025. Here’s what’s changing:

Pre-send mandatory verification is now removed, making delivery much more efficient. - On-demand verification
Choose which email lists to verify when creating a campaign—flexible and fully in your control. - Smarter insights
Get detailed verification reports and categorize results with custom tags to accurately target valid users. - Pricing update
Verification is now pay-per-use, starting from just $0.002 per check—only pay for what you use.
How to use the upgraded service
- Go to Deliverability > Email Verification in the SmartPush left navigation.
- Choose a verification type
- Verify all emails – Maintain your email list quality
Regularly scan your user pool, prioritize unverified emails, and help protect your domain reputation for optimal delivery performance. - Verify segments – Verify new emails only
Target just-added contacts without re-checking existing ones—ensures new contact quality while reducing unnecessary costs.

The system calculates the cost based on your task. Select a payment method and click Pay now to proceed. - View results
Once payment is complete, the system will start the verification task automatically. You can check the results under Email verification records.
