1. How to set it up

Step 1

Check the boxes next to the tasks you want to launch. Task details are listed below:

  • Welcome strategy - Spin wheel pop-up: Use pop-ups and forms to collect customer info.
  • Welcome strategy - Welcome: Use automations to send emails to new subscribers.
  • Recovery strategy - Abandoned product: Use automations to send emails to customers who viewed the product page but didn't place an order.
  • Recovery strategy - Abandoned cart: Use automations to send emails to customers who added products to the shopping cart but didn't place an order.
  • Recovery strategy - Abandoned checkouts: Use automations to send emails to customers who visited the checkout page but didn't place an order.

Step 2

Enter the custom coupon code for each task under "Discount settings".

To set up a coupon code, go to the SHOPLINE Admin > [Promotions & Reward]. In "Step 3 - Set Benefits & Criteria", select "Coupon" and input your custom code. For more information, please refer to: Promotions Step 3 - Set Benefits & Criteria

*Note: The coupon code will be automatically applied to all winning options on the spin wheel pop-up. If you want to assign different coupon codes to each prize, click Edit Strategy to open the pop-up editor. Click the spin wheel section, and click Prize settings to set custom codes for each option.

Step 3

To view task details or edit related settings, click Edit strategy. For more information on pop-up forms and automation task settings, please refer to: Pop-up formIntroduction to automation process.

You can also click Launch solution to enable the checked tasks.

2. View data

After launching a solution, task data and visual charts will be displayed on the same page.

Use the date picker in the top-right corner to select a specific time range. The options "Last 7 Days," "Last 30 Days," and "Last 90 Days" do not include today’s data. The maximum range is one year.

To pause, launch, or edit a task, click Edit from the "Actions" drop-down menu on the right side of the list to open the task editor.
To adjust your plan, click Upgrade from the "Actions" drop-down menu to view the subscription plan.

Real-time data for your solutions

Metric definitions are as follows:

  • Total order value: The total "Order value" on this page includes only the five solutions, with duplicate orders excluded. Also, it does not include data from other tasks.
  • Total contacts: The number of contacts collected by the "spin wheel pop-up" solution on this page excludes data from other tasks.

Pop-up campaign performance

Metric definitions are as follows:

  • Order value: Total order amount derived from the usage of pop-up coupons.
  • Views: Total pop-up views by users.
  • Clicks: Total clicks on action buttons in the pop-up by users.
  • CTR: (Clicks ÷ view) *100%

Go to SmartPush Admin > [Data Analysis] > [Form]. Click the task from the list to enter its page and view the full performance.

Automation performance

Metric definitions are as follows:

  • Order value: Total order amount of successful orders after triggering the flow, including taxes, shipping rates, and subtracting discounts.
  • Delivered: Number of emails successfully sent and delivered to recipients.
  • Opened: With deduplicating total opens, multiple opens by the same recipient will be counted as one.
  • Clicked: The number of clicks from the same recipient; multiple clicks by the same recipient will be counted as one.
  • Open rate: (Number of people who opened ÷ Number of people who delivered) *100%
  • Click rate: (Number of people who clicked ÷ Number of people who delivered) *100%

Go to SmartPush Admin > [Data Analysis] > [Automations]. Click the task from the list to enter its page and view the full performance.
