The SmartPush Data Dashboard offers an intuitive overview of your marketing performance by consolidating key metrics and trends in one place. It helps merchants monitor campaign effectiveness, track contact engagement, and optimize their marketing strategies with data-driven insights. This article explains the dashboard’s components and provides tips for making the most of the available data.

Note: This feature only supports retrieving historical data from March 2024 onwards.

What Is the SmartPush Data Dashboard?

The Data Dashboard is a centralized view where you can monitor your SmartPush campaigns’ key performance indicators (KPIs) and contact behavior. It visualizes data such as message delivery, opens, clicks, and revenue attribution, enabling you to assess overall marketing impact quickly.

The dashboard updates in real time, reflecting the latest data from your email and SMS campaigns, so you can react promptly to changes and opportunities.

Customizing Your Metric Cards

The metric cards area now supports pagination and customization, giving you flexible control over which metrics you see and in what order.

Navigating Between Metric Pages

Left and right pagination buttons appear in the metric cards area. The first page only supports scrolling right; the last page only supports scrolling left.

Using Indicator Setup

Click Indicator Setup to open the settings panel. From here you can:

  • Select which metrics to display. There are no required metrics; you can include any combination.
  • Drag metrics to reorder them. The dashboard will display them in the order you set.

  • You must keep at least one metric selected; attempting to save with zero metrics selected will show the message "Please keep at least 1 metric".
  • Click Restore Defaults to reset the metric display to the original configuration.
  • Your settings are saved per user. The next time you open the Data Dashboard, metrics will display according to your saved configuration.
Note: The Indicator Setup button replaces the previous Edit button on individual metric cards.

Email Deliverability Module

The Email Deliverability module appears at the bottom of the Data Dashboard and helps you evaluate the quality and reputation of your email sending.

Data Inclusion Rules

  • This module only includes data sent using custom branded domains. Emails sent using the default SmartPush sender domain are not included.
  • If no custom branded domain is configured, an empty state is shown with a prompt to set one up.
  • If a domain is deleted, its historical data will no longer appear in this module.

Domain Filter

  • If at least one custom branded domain is configured, a single-select dropdown appears at the top of the module.
  • You can select All Branded Domains or a specific domain (up to 3 domains supported).
