Dashboard

The new dashboard offers SmartPush operational insights, including the latest announcements, marketing performance reports, and recommended strategies. This article will introduce each section of the dashboard.

This article will cover the following: 

 

1. Announcements and plan details

The left banner displays announcements about the latest updates, while the right section shows your current plan status, including its duration and remaining quota.

2. Boost your marketing performance

This section highlights key performance metrics for your store, including "New contacts", "Sales", and "Repeat purchase rate". It also provides recommended strategies to enhance your store's marketing performance.

Sales GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume) of your store in the last 30 days. Daily

Repeat purchase rate

Repeat purchase rate in the last 30 days (Formula: number of repeat customers/number of paying customers). 

  • Repeat customers: customers who have successfully placed 2 or more orders.

3. Sales

This section presents both your store’s overall performance and data attributed to SmartPush, categorized by marketing campaigns, automation, and pop-up. You can also use the date picker in the top-right corner to select a specific time range for analysis.

4. Contacts

This section displays metrics related to contacts, including the number of contacts subscribed to email or SMS. Click the ">" icon next to "Total contacts", and you will be directed to the page in [Contacts] > [All].

You can also adjust the time range using the date picker in the top-right corner. This will update the "Compared to previous period" data and chart data, but won't affect the "Total contacts", "Email contacts", or "SMS contacts".

5. Continue your draft task

This section displays up to five recent draft tasks, organized into tabs for "Marketing activities," "Automation", and "Pop-ups & Forms". Click on the list or the "Edit" button to open the corresponding task editor.

*Note: Drafts will be excluded if a similar task is already active, such as a marketing activity using the same template, an automation with the same trigger, or a pop-up form targeting the same goal.
