What Should I Do if I Want to Use My Mailbox as the Outgoing Mailbox?

If your monthly sending volume is over 50,000, you wish to improve sending efficiency. You can include your sending domain name on SmartPush. After completing the authentication, you can set your brand mailbox as the outgoing mailbox.

The email domain name is the identity proof of every email. An authenticated domain name plays a crucial role in the delivery rate of the email as it proves to the recipient's ISP (email service provider) that you are a legitimate sender. Recipients can avoid being distracted by harassing emails, fake emails, and phishing emails, safeguarding your email delivery.

The advantages of authenticating sending domain name

  1. The outgoing email header will show your brand domain name, making your email look more professional and genuine.
  2. Images can be automatically loaded to mailbox recipients such as Gmail instead of asking the recipient for permission to display images every time.
  3. Increase the inbox rate and reduce the chance of entering the spam folder.
  4. Able to apply for configuring a dedicated sending channel or IP address.

Please refer to "Sending Address Management” to add your sending domain name.

You also can fill in the application form. Our specialist will contact you within 48 hours.

You are strongly recommended to use a second-level domain name as the outgoing domain name to avoid sending marketing emails affecting the performance of your primary domain name.

You only need to add relevant records in your domain name backend regarding the resolution records from reply emails. After adding the records, reply to the original email to complete the process. Please confirm that the record value is the same as the excel document you provide to speed up the authentication process.
