The Order information block is only applicable to automated tasks using triggers of “Update shopping cart,” “Abandoned order generation,” and “Order creation.”
Note: When dragging the Order information block into other triggers, the system will not be able to fill in the data automatically since there is no data source. Therefore, please do not use this block in other triggers.

Filling content with the order information block:
- The “Update shopping cart” trigger will automatically fill the product data in the shopping cart into the block content when the email is sent. If this block is used with this trigger, it is recommended to check only the boxes for product information. Since the order details data will not be retrieved in this scenario, please refer to the screenshot below for checkbox selections.
2.The Abandoned order generation trigger will automatically fill in the products on the checkout page to the block when sending emails. Since the order ID cannot be retrieved in this scenario, please refer to the screenshot below for checkbox selections.
3.The “Order creation” trigger will automatically fill in the order information to the block when sending an email.
Configuration of the order information block
- Check the boxes of the fields you want to show
- Set up the style of the block, including the background color and margin
Note: When dragging the Order information block into a normal mail task, since there is no data source, the system will not be able to fill in the data. The default block will be displayed straight onto the editing page. Therefore, please do not use this block in other EDM scenarios.
