Installing, Logging in to, or Uninstalling SmartPush (For SHOPLINE Merchants)

SmartPush is a marketing automation tool that helps you manage email, SMS, and customer engagement campaigns directly from your store.

This article explains how to install SmartPush, register or log in to a SmartPush account, and unbind or uninstall the app from your store.

Note:  This article is for SHOPLINE merchants only.

Installing SmartPush

To start using SmartPush, install the app from your SHOPLINE Admin.

Step 1

  • In the SHOPLINE Admin, go to Apps > My Apps
     

Step 2

  • Find SmartPush and click Open App.

If your store has not yet been connected to a SmartPush account, the system will guide you to register and bind a SmartPush account.


Registering and Binding a SmartPush Account

If your store has not yet been linked to a SmartPush account, you will be prompted to create one when opening the app.

Open SmartPush from SHOPLINE Admin > Apps > My Apps > SmartPush

Enter the following information:

  • Email address
  • Password
  • Verification code sent to your email

Then accept the terms and click Register and Bind.

Once registration is completed, your store will be connected to the SmartPush account and you will be redirected to the SmartPush dashboard.


Logging in to SmartPush

If your store is already bound to a SmartPush account, opening the app will direct you to the login page.

  • Go to SHOPLINE Admin > Apps > My Apps > SmartPush
  • Enter the SmartPush account email and password that is linked to the store.
  • After successful login, you will enter the SmartPush dashboard.

Notes: 

  • SmartPush accounts are independent from SHOPLINE Admin accounts.
  • If you forget your password, you can reset it from the Forgot Password option on the login page.
  • If you log in with a different SmartPush account that is not linked to the store, the store data will not appear.

Unbinding a Store from SmartPush

If you need to link the store to a different SmartPush account, you must first unbind the current account.

Note:  Store data such as contacts, campaigns, and reports belongs to the store. Unbinding the account will not delete store data.
  • Log in to SmartPush.
  • Click the account name in the top-right corner and select Store Management.
  • Find the store and select Unbind.
     

  • Enter the verification code sent to your account email to confirm the unbinding request.
  • Once confirmed, the store will be disconnected from the SmartPush account and can be bound to another account.

Uninstalling SmartPush

If you no longer want to use SmartPush, you can uninstall the app from your store.

  • Go to SHOPLINE Admin > Apps > My Apps
  • Locate SmartPush in the app list.
  • Click Delete to uninstall the app.
