1. What is the Subscription Billing Cycle?
- All plans are billed on a 30-day cycle.
- Paid plans start billing from the successful payment date.
- Free plans start from your first login date.
- Unused email or SMS credits reset automatically every 30 days.
2. How Does the 15-Day Free Trial Work?
- Upon initial registration and store binding, you’ll receive 15 days of free access to premium features.
- After 15 days, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan unless upgraded manually.
3. How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan?
- Upgrade: Upgrade the contacts limit, upgrade the plan, or both. Payment difference is charged immediately; billing cycle remains unchanged.
- Downgrade: Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.
4. What Counts as a "Contact"?
- Contacts include subscribed and non-subscribed valid email addresses. Invalid or unsubscribed emails are excluded.
5. What Happens if My Selected Audience Exceeds My Contact Limit?
- For campaigns, SmartPush will prioritize the most active and potential contacts.
- Automation campaigns are not restricted by the contact limit but are based on email allowance.
6. How to Pay or Manage Subscriptions?
- Go to Settings > My Plan to subscribe, upgrade, or renew.
- Pending orders are reserved for 48 hours.
- Payment requires bank card binding and agreeing to automatic deduction.
7. How to Top Up SMS Credits?
- Navigate to Settings > My SMS Quota and recharge a fixed or custom amount.
- SMS credits do not expire once purchased.
