如何导入自定义HTML邮件模板

概述

Smartpush支持导入来自外部平台的HTML邮件模板，并自动为您兼容来自Klaviyo或Shopify Email的部分变量，但建议精通技术的营销人员或开发人员使用自定义HTML编辑器二次编辑后，收藏并重复应用在您未来的营销邮件或者自动化营销邮件任务中。

如何将自定义 HTML 模板导入Smartpush

自定义HTML模板必须是 .html 文件，且仅支持单个文件导入，导入路径如下：

1. 导航到营销活动 > 模板库
2. 单击导入模板
3. 拖拽或选择文件，并确认模版名称
4. 单击“确认并导入”

如果您导入的邮件模版是来自klaviyo和shopify email平台，导入时Smartpush会为您校验是否包含取消订阅、联络邮件等变量信息，无需手动修改。其他平台将在未来自动兼容。了解关于取消订阅、联络邮件的更多信息>>

除此之外，如果是Smartpush包含的标签，会为您自动映射到导入的模版上，具体包括：

Smartpush暂不支持的外部标签，则无法自动兼容，在导入时将暂存为html code。在使用模版时，您需要在html code编辑器中根据提示检查并二次编辑代码。

导入后在哪查看和使用模板

1. 导航到营销活动 > 模板库 > 收藏模板
2. 单击使用，进入编辑器
3. 点击画布中的html区块，查看右侧html编辑器是否有错误提示
4. 拉起html编辑器，根据错误提示二次编辑代码
5. 测试邮件无误后发送

二次编辑导入的 HTML 模板注意事项

需要注意的是，导入html模板能力可以帮您快速复制自定义格式，但如果邮件中包含动态区块（如商品、折扣），则需要您手动编辑。您可以：

1. 分割导入的html区块，识别动态区块并用Smartpush区块做替换
2. 导出一个来自Smartpush的，且包含您希望添加的动态区块的邮件模板、打开html链接并把这部分code替换到来自外部模板

编辑模板后如何保存

为了方便您未来使用该模版时无需再次重复编辑html code，您可点击编辑器顶部的收藏模板，选择替换现有模板，具体操作：

1. 编辑好邮件模版后，点击编辑器上方的“收藏模板”
2. 在弹窗中输入模版名称（可选）
3. 设置是否保存为新模板，或者替换已有模板
4. 如果选择新模版，确认即可；如果选择替换已有模板，下拉框中选择需要替换哪封模板后确认
5. 在模版库 > 收藏模板下可见
