Is SmartPush free? How do I charge for it?

SmartPush offers four packages to suit different shop sizes and marketing needs

 

1. SmartPush package contents.

 

Free version.

Suitable for: The initial experience of the SmartPush function, or shops in the accumulation period that have just built their website and have less than 500 contacts.
Plan description: 1000 email credits, 500 contact limit, $1 SMS credit (approx. 40 messages) per month for free
Feature coverage: Access to all features including campaign delivery, automated marketing, segmentation of contacts, visual reports, customer success support etc., except the deletion of removal of SmartPush LOGO, and separate domain application and use.

 

Standard version.

Suitable for: Growing shops with more than 500 contacts in total who are trying to grow their business through email marketing.
Plan Details: 12x the number of contacts per month email allowance, from 500 contacts, $1 SMS allowance (approx. 40 messages)
Feature coverage: Access to all features including campaign delivery, automated marketing, separate domain application and use, removal of SmartPush LOGO, segmentation of contacts, visual reports, customer success support etc.

 

Professional version.

Suitable for: The Pro plan is suitable for advanced shops with more than 500 contacts in total, with high volume sending needs and a focus on email marketing growth.
Plan Details: Unlimited monthly email quota, starting from 500 contacts, $1 SMS quota (approx. 40 messages)
Feature coverage: Access to all features including campaign delivery, automated marketing, separate domain application and use, removal of SmartPush LOGO, segmentation of contacts, visual reports, customer success support etc.

 

Custom version.

Suitable for: Stores with flexible EDM needs. Send as you need it.

Plan Details: Minimum of 10,000 emails.

Feature coverage: Access to all features, including campaign delivery, automated marketing, separate domain application and use, removal of SmartPush LOGO, segmentation of contacts, visual reports, customer success support, etc.

 

2. SmartPush Package Pricing.


-The pricing of the standard and pro version varies depending on the volume of your contacts, starting at $12.90/month for the Standard version and $54/month for the Pro version

-The pricing of the custom version is based on the number of emails you need. The price of the plan starts from $18/month, and a minimum of 10,000 emails

3. Billing cycles for SmartPush subscriptions.


-All subscriptions are billed on a 30-day cycle, with paid subscriptions counting from the time you successfully pay for your subscription. The free package is calculated from the time you first log in. All packages will be automatically cleared after 30 days.

 

4. SmartPush plan upgrades, downgrades, expiry.


-Plan upgrades.

Upgrades include: upgrade of the number of contacts amount, upgrade of the package version, upgrade of the package version and upgrade of the contacts amount. After confirmation of the upgrade, the corresponding payment order will be placed to make up the difference, which will take effect immediately after successful payment and the original billing cycle will remain unchanged. The available amount is the new package amount - the remaining amount of the original package.

 

- Plan downgrades.

Downgrades include: reduction in the number of contacts amount, downgrade of the plan version, upgrade of the contacts amount but downgrade of the package version, upgrade of the plan version but downgrade of the contacts amount.
After downgrading, the next billing cycle takes effect without additional payment and the current billing cycle is not affected; the amount available for the next billing cycle equals the new plan amount.

 

- Package expiration.

1. The package has a 30-minute forgiveness period after expiration.
2. If your package expires without renewal and you still have credit left in the package, the forgiveness period will continue to perform automated tasks for you or support sending the balance.
3. After the 30-minute forgiveness period ends, your package will be automatically downgraded to the free version.
4. If your payment is successful during the 30-minute forgiveness period, your next billing cycle will start at the end of the previous cycle.
5. If you make a successful payment outside the forgiveness period, your next billing cycle will start at the time of successful payment.

 

5. How to define the"contact" in the package?


Contacts in the subscription refer to both subscribed and non-subscribed mailbox customers (i.e. excluding invalid mailbox customers and unsubscribed mailbox customers)

 

6. How does SmartPush send emails if the number of contacts in my purchased package is less than my total number of customers?


Marketing campaigns: If you select a group of people when sending a task that exceeds your maximum number of package contacts, SmartPush will prioritize the contacts with high activity and conversion potential from your selected group to send.
Automated campaigns: 
Automated campaigns does not limit contacts, and only consumes the remaining email volume of the current package.

 

7. How to make a payment within the SmartPush app.


-Payment path: Inside the SmartPush app click [Settings] - [My Packages] You can initiate a package subscription by clicking [Upgrade] / [Renew] / [Increase Quantity] etc. After selecting the package you need, click [Subscribe Package] to generate an order, click [Go Pay] to bind your bank card and check the box to agree to the automatic debit agreement to jump to the bank card payment interface for payment You will then be redirected to the card payment interface to pay.
-Unpaid Orders: Your unpaid orders will be held for you for 30 minutes by default, you can enter the billing interface by clicking [Settings] - [Payment Method] - [Pending Orders] at the top right corner to re-pay or cancel your unpaid orders.
-View my bill: Click on [Current Package Icon] in the top right corner of the SmartPush app - Click on [View Billing History] at the bottom to enter the bill details screen.
-Payment requires a bank card to be bound and automatic debit service to be enabled. Both support unbinding or disabling the service, please click here to view the automatic debit rules.

 

8. I want to send SMS, how do I top up?


Apart from the $1 SMS credit in your package, if you want to continue sending SMS marketing, you can access the SMS top-up interface by clicking on the [Current Package Icon] in the top right corner of the SmartPush app - click on the [Top-up SMS] button.You can also access the platform through [Settings] - [My Packages] - SMS Credit by clicking on [Top Up]. After entering the interface, you can top up your fixed or customised denomination SMS amount. You can also use the SMS calculator below to calculate the estimated SMS cost based on the market and number of messages you want to send. Once you have paid for your top-up, you can send SMS messages freely. There is no expiry date on the SMS top-up amount.
